Hi, I’m Lady Grey.
By working as an educator, coach and mentor to thousands of women over the past 30 years, I’ve learned that confidence is contagious. My goal has always been simple: to help women realize their true potential.
Overcoming breast cancer twice, I came to a place of clarity on what it means to help women of all ages pursue their purpose – helping them build their confidence and embrace their feminine power. I LOVE guiding women to take back ownership of their lives and begin to live OUTRAGEOUSLY.
My passion is helping women bravely take ownership of their dreams and step into their power through personal coaching and group mentorship, as well as transformational retreats all over the world.
I have nearly three decades of experience as an entrepreneur, including directing and producing countless events, as well as running my own arts academy for 15 successful years. Helming numerous arts ensembles across the nation has given me unparalleled knowledge on how to best empower others to dream big and design a life that allows them to build a legacy and leave their mark on the world.
Like many of my clients, I’ve worn a lot of hats – including working for others in project management, as a corporate trainer, a customer service coach and more. The one through-line to my varied experiences is helping others build structure that allows them to grow, create and realize their potential.
My Values
I believe life is about learning to navigate a spectrum of opposing concepts, not simply choosing from definitive polar opposites that are exclusive. I embrace the idea of there being a “Grey” area – where we are comfortable with mystery, compromise, and not having all of the answers or being “right”. My practice has space for women from all walks of life, where we value inclusion, community, and respect for everyone.
My Mission
I founded Live Outrageously to help women in midlife step into their power and create fulfilling lives they adore. My hope is that each woman who begins her self-discovery journey with me leaves feeling stronger about herself than when we started – confident enough not only to take ownership of her dreams but also put them into action!
